Shipping Policy

We endeavour to ship all orders at the earliest possible time, usually the business day after receiving your “one time purchase” order or the date of your subscription instalment payment. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

We ship to the UK mainland via Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery (tracked). We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

We offer free shipping on your first order, and thereafter on orders or two or more packs per order for “one time purchases”. Single pack “one time purchase” orders will attract shipping charges which will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.  

All orders on subscription are free regardless of number of packs however we do offer incremental discounts on larger order sizes as clearly displayed on the product pages. 

Currently these are :-

• 10% for a single pack order
• 15% for a two pack order
• 20% for orders over two packs 

If, for whatever reason, our delivery partners cannot reach your address, the order will be returned to us and you will be given a refund. We may charge additional fees for reprocessing the order if you have provided incorrect address details.
