Refund policy

Refund for defective or damaged or incorrect product

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, it is normally impractical for us to accept returns and so please contact us at info@druidic.food within 14 days after receiving your item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photographs from you of the product in order to verify the problem and so please keep the product safe and in its original packaging.

In exceptional circumstances, a return may be necessary and we will arrange that with you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund, including any shipping expense, was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Alternatively, at your discretion, we will supply a replacement pack.  


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@druidic.food.

Refunds on first orders

We may at our entire and absolute discretion offer a refund to a customer who purchases a product from us and is unhappy with it for reasons not pertaining to either defects or damage. All we ask is that you tell what your expectations of the product were prior to purchase and how you feel that the product failed to meet those expectations. This explanation may be given to us by email and / or by phone depending on the circumstances. In the first instance you should contact info@druidic.food with your request including your order number and shipping address. 

Discretionary refunds are limited to :-

  • First orders only 
  • One pack only 
  • One per address only. 

This policy is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice and is a goodwill gesture and not a right.
