Druidic is high in fibre, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), vitamin B6, manganese and Omega-3 (ALA), and a source of protein, calcium and potassium. Consume as part of a healthy, balanced diet.
Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.
Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes. Each 50g portion of Druidic contains at least 9g of soluble and insoluble fibre from over 30 microbiome-friendly plant sources.
Thiamine, vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function. Iron and zinc contribute to normal cognitive function. Riboflavin, magnesium and thiamine contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
Thiamine contributes to the normal function of the heart, while iron contributes to normal oxygen transport, red blood cells and haemoglobin. Omega-3 (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, at levels of at least 2g per day (100g of Druidic contains 6.4g).
Magnesium, riboflavin and zinc contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Zinc also contributes to normal DNA synthesis. Druidic’s plant-based ingredients are rich in antioxidants, phytosterols, tocopherols and other beneficial phytonutrients.
Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function, while protein contributes to growth in and maintenance of muscle mass. Zinc and calcium support the maintenance of normal bones, while manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues.
Phosphorus, manganese, iron, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and thiamine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron, magnesium, riboflavin and B6 also contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue.
Iron, zinc and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Our packaging is recyclable with soft plastics at local supermarkets and recycling centres. A lot of packaging contains layers of different materials that cannot easily be separated at sorting plants, which increases the chances that it will ultimately be incinerated. Ours is made from a single type of plastic, reducing the chances of rejection. We also use larger packs of 500g, rather than sachets for individual portions, to reduce our total packaging footprint.

No, Druidic is real food, blended mainly from wholefood ingredients. Each portion of Druidic also contains a heaped serving of superfoods with a fantastic micro- and macro-nutritional profile.
It really depends on what you want from a breakfast. If you like oats, seeds and great energy levels, and you're looking for a delicious, healthy and unique breakfast, we think you should give it a try.
Bright, fresh, natural and healthy. Druidic doesn’t use artificial flavourings or natural essences: the flavour comes directly from plants your ancestors would recognise. It goes great with fruit, nuts, yoghurt, honey and other toppings too.
Your choice of milk will affect the flavour and even the colour of your Druidic bowl, so we encourage you to experiment. Dairy milk tends to add a hint of sourness, while some plant milks add a natural sweetness. Oat, rice and coconut milk tend to make it creamier and bring out the flavour, while soy mellows it. You can also make Druidic with water - it really is a matter of personal taste!
We do recommend shaking the pack before measuring out each portion (making sure it is sealed, of course). Druidic is a natural product, with no additives to homogenise the texture, so there will be a small level of separation as some of the finer, heavier ingredients sink to the bottom. For the same reason, you may see some slight, natural variation between packs.

We ship to the UK mainland via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery, offering free shipping for subscribers, on first orders and on orders of two or more packs.
